Hi. I'm a math undergrad too. Right now I'm reading Pure Mathematics For Beginners by Steve Warner and it teaches all the things you described plus a lot of other topics. I'm new to them as well so I can't really make a valuable comment on how well the book is written but it seems very concise and I've learned a lot. I would recommend supplementing it with more exercises on the topics though.
