Also try to eat better, most people who think they're healthy eaters still consume loads of actual junk (microwave or other ready-made meals or vegetables, fruit juice as if there's anything in it besides sugar, white bread, loads of pasta etc.) while omitting healthy stuff like fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy, varying types of grains, nuts, berries, garlic, onion etc. and just because supermarkets label stuff as being healthy doesn't mean it actually is, and many "health foods" are little more than empty calories processed crap.
As for exercise, if you're not building up a sweat at a bare minimum of once a week you're basically crippling your own immune system which is meant to expel pathogens through sweat glands (among other mechanisms) afaik.
