Meanwhile in reality we still don't have any sufficient energy storage technology, the only somewhat efficient and not too expensive one we have is pumped hydroelectric which is geographically limited to some mountains and nowhere near enough.
Any future 100% renewable plan relies on new storage technologies which we still don't have just like fusion.
