I'm no expert but a simple search for symbiotic viruses yields plenty of results. If you can look past the technicality that viruses aren't living organisms and therefor don't qualify for the "bio" in "symbiosis".
In addition, because there are so many beneficial bacteria, and all bacteria are in an everlasting war with viruses, completely wiping out viruses (not that such a thing is possible considering most are little more than bits of unenveloped RNA) would almost certainly topple whatever quasi-balance there exists between viruses and bacteria and between different bacteria (of course there is no balance in nature since it is literally chaos, but there are most definitely intricate relationships between bacteria and viruses alone). So hypothetically we would probably find out the hard way that certain viruses kept certain bacteria in check or things like that.
