What I am doing is not a stupid reddit thing such as no fap. What I propose myself is to spend an entire week without indulging in ANYTHING. It consists of five main pillars:
1 - No entertainment (movies, twitter, youtube)
2 - No tasty foods (no candies or deserts, only healthy things, if they HAPPEN to be tasty, so be it)
3 - No hot showers (only lukewarm or cold)
4 - No sex (no sexual activity in general)
5 - No laziness (no laying around on bed or swinging in a net)
I want to see how I will feel like during the after the week. I assume my brain will undergo some chemical changes, mostly relating to hormones.

What will happen to me specifically? Will I have a dip of dopamin/serotonin? Is it good?
