There are a lots of talk about the military having access to ultra advanced tech, but secrets are being increasingly hard to keep (which is the main cause behind push for surveillance tech) and moreover with commercial warfare being more and more prevalent, does it make sense to keep your advanced tech from public sense and lose a competitive edge?
