Looks like the ubiquitous Martian dust is a pure treasure of useful elements. But is there a way to separate all the molecules to feed different chemical plants? Or is the dust completely useless because it's all mixed?
E.g. is there a way to get relatively pure FeO* to use it in the Direct Reaction method? Direct Reaction takes FeO*, methane, oxygen and energy and outputs carbon steel.
