I have a verbal IQ of 133-139 but my working memory is 84 and my processing speed is in the 90's.

I honestly dont know if I'm smart or retarded.

There's no way to really say. IQ is most useful in predicting oucomes in large groups of people. Any given individual person with an IQ of 70 could in theory achieve more than any given individual person with an IQ of 130. Science is about predictive validity, so you can have individual cases of people with low IQs with better life outcomes than high IQ people while at the same time the general trend being that high IQ people have better life outcomes.
