If you aren't a resident of cucknada (PR or better) you have to pay as much as you do in the states to be seen by a triage nurse (which, regardless of your status, you're only going to see after a 6+ hours wait time) as opposed to, e.g., in germany or UK. In fact, in the US, you can walk in, get seen and treated right away, and never pay: nobody cares. Much better than in cucknada.
Also, due to low wages and high relative cost of life, in cucknada, you can't really afford to take a sick day to go see the doctor for this.
