I used to sleep 3h to 4h a day from 10 to 16 years of age. At the start I didn't feel much impact but I noticed that my once good memory was getting shittier and shittiee, my once good vision was getting bad not literally, I was letargic, not noticing movements that normally I would, etc. I started to feel more and more mentally tied when highschool came, then I started to avoid sports and things like that. I used to be 65kg, now I'm at 90kg, I was a good athlete, and even tho I'm fatter now, I still look ok because of the fat distribution in my body, but the damage is noticeable. Sometimes when I play basketball or futbol with my bros I feel a lot slower, sometimes even downright retarded. So, avoid it while you can, it's a hole deeper than you think. Sleep is as important as food and water
