33yo without a Degree working as an Intelligence Analyst. A lot of this test is fairly useless. I know what the word "fecund" means, but I would never use it. The last two sections are literally "can you read three paragraphs accurately".

This test is pretty shit. All's it tells you is whether or not you've read a thesaurus. There's more to linguistic intelligence than knowing what words mean. There's also grammar, syntax, the ability to discern participles and their context, to be able to absorb the sum of what you've read and summarize it.

About what I expected. I was surprised by the amount of words that I didn't recognize, usually only see em in old fashioned books and shit like that. The ones where you could use context clues were much easier, cuz then even if you only had some vague idea of what the word meant then you could still work it out.

While taking it i was trying to figure out what words ive never seen before might mean based on context and my knowledge of other words and languages
