Run a moderate calorie deficit for a couple months, ensuring that the food you do eat is healthy, and you will have no problem losing between 5-15 pounds over that period.
Make sure you take a break from the deficit once in a while (at least every couple of months). You don't want to maintain a prolonged deficiency for two reasons: 1) malnutrition is bad for you, and 2) anorexia if bad for you. Your body will not look or feel good if you are unfit and in bad form. Do not expect the run a calorie deficit until you look good, because you won't.
As you reach your target weight (or, at intervals, throughout your journey), work towards high-intensity training and recomposing your body. You will need to work three areas: flexibility, cardio, and strength. The sooner you start, the better.
