Asian immigrants also started poor in ghettos. They worked, saved money, invested it and get themselves out of poverty.
Why can't blacks do the same ? Why do they create gangs, why do they get addicted to crack, why are they immoral ?
Why are they the only ones who can't get out of poverty ?
Also, why are black neighbourhoods, even when they're rich, more violent than the equivalently (or less) weallthy white neighbourhoods ?
