Why do american unis hire so many indians and east asians? Not trying to be racist, but

>writes/types broken english
>shitty handwriting
>half the class is reviewing the previous class
>either writes the textbook for "notes" or doesnt follow it at all
>the language barrier makes it difficult to get help from them
>they favor students of their own race
>gives autist tier homework assignments that dont help advance understanding, just number plugging/rewriting basic proofs
I'm able to pass these classes no problem, but it seems to be despite my profs for me. All my best profs have been white/jewish. Do these people take pay cuts to teach in america or what? Surely even "diversity hires" need standards?
