Multiplaier energy project letter of introduction

I am Italian scientist - inventor from Milan.

The current energy needs and always increasing so it's searching in the new energy.

The current ones are based on oil and with all the problems of pollution (.atmospheric etc.)
New clean energy are photovoltaics but do not guarantee the high electrical power.

The MULTIPLIER of energy provide unlimited clean energy of large electrical.

Since I do not have the opportunity to build a prototype and conduct experiments ask you kindly to the maximum extent possible that my project is carried out.
