Is this serious? It just went up by 5 countries in 1 day, if this is how many are dead then how many more are infected? Isn't it just going to keep on infecting people around the world despite measures being taken now?

A top level politician is obviously infected, an unknown number of infections is being concealed. (in a rather touristy city on top of it) There is no indication that the spread is getting contained and people are fucking dying of it. So how is that a "nothingburger" and not an argument?

the Chinese idea of completely shutting everything down was the correct move, but again taken way too late and it's not likely that other countries will take those measures, as seen in the cases in Italy and S. Korea
So will likely continue to spread, if you're not in an at-risk population group it's not a big deal

Yes, it's too late. There are two confirmed cases near my hometown in Germany. They were not in China or any contaminated region before. It's not clear where they got it from and they probably already spread it (one even works in a kindergarten). Isolating whole cities as in China is unthinkable here.

It seems not to be dangerous for young healthy people. But even if the lethality rate is just 0,5-1%, if the infection rate increases exponentially and there is no vaccine in a few months this could potentially kill millions.

Actually, most of my clients returned shortly before the virus announced. Most are CCP or elite connected. No way they would continue here if it was dangerous. This country has most Chinese outside of China and wasnt even strict about travel. It's a nothingburger.

Actually no, every airport in America uses the temp check protocol. The ones who do not comply, or simply are unable to, have their flights rerouted to another airport that complies. Although, the temp check isn't a good line of defense, it is the best we have right now, other than simply stopping air traffic altogether. So before spewing shit you don't know, shut your mouth.
