Even if you would talk from a scientific prospect,race doesn't make sense that's because even if two different group of population exist in two different territories, sure you would expect different epigenetics and gene pool but still variation occurs in the population itself.Also in 21st Century,due to technological advancement,most of the population pretty much live in the same kind of environment (urbanistic).Plus you see some black people from middle african countries scoring low score in IQ tests, that's because most of the Africa is a shithole and they don't have proper system and infrastructure.Education at an early age play a good role in intelligence,since nurture play a role in it!
