None of the interpretations work.
Quantum mechanics is a big load of F grade papers in a pile..and we are trying to pick the one that fails the least.

There's a caveat to this involving locality. Within your own reference frame you are only aware of particles that can indirectly transmit information regarding their existence to you. Additionally if these particles are changing, the information you receive might not be truthful regarding the true current state of that particle.

Also btw indirect observation still counts as observation in qm

In reality though the Copenhagen interpretation is the most in the spirit of empiricism and science - YOU AREN'T ALLOWED TO TALK ABOUT SOMETHING UNTIL YOU'VE OBSERVED IT. That's all it's saying.
