Clean up your diet, start eating nutrient dense, high quality, high protein foods consistently, make it a reflex to it well. Things like whole eggs, grass fed beef, rice, greek yogurt, chicken, tuna, salmon, sardines and sweet potatoes qualify as good food.
Start training slow and easy, gradually make it harder and harder.
If you have for example 4 days a week to train, train 3, this way there's no excuse.
Start with a simple strenght training routine,do research on all the basic movements, do research on exercise science, hone your technique, perfect your training, get a fuck ton stronger.
Specially at the beginning you will get strong fast, I went from a 135x5 squat to a 275x5 squat in about 5 months.
From there start adding volume work, start adding isolation work and get jacked.
You will see how your mind clears and becomes stronger.
Your mental endurance will increase a shit ton from all those heavy ass sets, your mental clarity will be thru the roof from all that new, natural testosterone cruising thru your veins.
You will feel a lot better, have a lot more energy and vitality, your mind will be sharper, better, your peers will have a lot more respect for you now, and treat you way better. You'll constantly find women looking at your way and blushing and grabbing their hair when talking to you.
