Humans won't even last that long, perhaps not even 1/10th of that: they'll either die out or long evolve into something else.
Seems like the strangest thing to be worried about. And in any event, nowhere in the inner solar system will be safe when the sun drops off the main sequence. Let's let our far-removed ancestors worry about that, they'll probably be in a vastly better technological position to do something about it
