Hello,
How would you gentlemen suggest I begin studying for the MCAT? they say it's not like other tests in that you can't cram or really "study" the material which just seems fucking dumb to me, obviously whoever told me that is an idiot.

Just use the Khan test prep. Should be a good indicator whether you will do well or not.

So Far I have gone to the "whats on the mcat" page of the AAMC website and used OneNote to make sections for each portion of the test, then pages for each "foundational Concept"

I plan to look over each foundational concept component and identify shit that I just plainly do not know, followed by topics that I am rusty on and work my way up from there. How am I doing so far?

Use a good prep book, disregard coursework unless it's really comprehensive. I got the same scores in biology (just through my major) and soc/psych from solely doing prep.

Take it in the summer. Block out 1 month prior to the exam and study daily using test prep books, pace yourself according to your reading and studying speed. Write notes on paper, not typed or on OneNote. Don't waste money on online classes, take the AAMC's practice exams. If you want to punish yourself as incentive to study, buy a practice exam.

The MCAT honestly isn't really as hard as students make it out to be. The most difficult part of the test is it's duration. If you study intensely for the month prior, it is more manageable.

Lastly, do not study at all the day before the exam.
