Just like most of the people out there, I ended up working in a subject that I have 0 interest in

how to keep up with this feel ?
I can't work my full potential if I don't like what I'm doing, what to do...?

Find what you actually like and then move to that. It can be as easy as simply applying to positions in that area and can't get more complicated than having to first get a master's degree in that subject.

What? I'm almost going to finish MSc of research in Physics but you're not the one who picks the subject of research, you just go with what they order you to do.

I'm asking how to find motivation in doing something you're not interested in, surely most of the people who continued in PhD went trough this

When I was doing my master's thesis, you could propose your own project to your advisor, pick one that interests you from the long list of wishlist projects your advisor has laying around, propose a general topic to your advisor and have them come up with a few options for concrete projects along that topic, or anything in between.

Go find a grant and draft a response. Then ask your advisor for help. It goes without saying your advisor won't be able to help you with a grant on research they know thing about, you are unlikely to get money to do research in a field you're unfamiliar with, and you can't get funding if there's none being offered. Of course, you could always switch to an advisor familiar with the research you want to do, learn about the field you want to research, and nudge funders into supporting your research by doing related work or presenting your work as an off shoot of a more popular field. There is very little reason for a professor to hold back on sending a nearly finished grant request that they can understand and have someone ready to work on.

Everytime I hear about a new research project on mu subject in mu uni, I think oh shit I want to work on that. If you can't find a single interesting topic, you probably hate the subject.

That's not what a pyramid scheme is. The pyramid scheme in academia is teaching students shit that won't make them employable by anyone, so they have to become a professor in the same subject to teach even more students. See gender studies et al.
