Looksmatch is real, but it’s an inherently flawed concept as there is no objective standard for attractiveness. Nevertheless, this person will die alone and unhappy since they’re at best a normal looking person and clearly won’t “settle” for anything less than an uberchad. I'm starting to notice that people in the average range seem less likely to find a partner. Those who are outside of it, whether below or above average, seem to fair better, since they have things about their character that makes them standout enough to be appealing to *someone.* While those who perfectly average don't have anything interesting or traits about them that makes them standout, and often get left ignored and unnoticeable.

If you’re a female sure, but if you’re an unattractive male then you’re pretty much out of luck. Incels might have a severely distorted view of reality, but the core ideals they espouse are actually pretty accurate (if somewhat exaggerated). There will always be exceptions, but I can’t imagne how depressing it would be to be below average in current year.

It’s not even science, it’s literally just common sense. Most normal people have some inherent idea of “looksmatch”, and only those that have overcome the fear of social exclusion even try not to date outside their “league”.
