Is this actually what our cells are doing? When I say that, I mean does it actually look like this exact process? I know it's an animation obviously, but is this something we can see with the cutting/joining? Is this just a best guess of what it looks like, a 3D rendering in a way that helps people understand, or is this literally happening just like this?
I'm confused if I'm supposed to take this animation literally or not.
