My biology bro and I were discussing efficient ways to make floating methods of transportation for someone to get from point A to point B. We decided hover-cars were expensive and not viable, and teleportation could potentially lead to the erasing of thy current conscious and creating a new conscious that you as you are now would not perceive as well as allow for manipulation of your blueprints across teleportation.

However,I theorized considering the money it would cost to create a vehicle that has the ability to float we could utilize forces that pull upwards.My theory was to simply create a device, similar to a helmet or something that constant opens and closes a black hole at a properly calculated angle to pull the person up and forward without completely sucking someone in the black hole.

How viable is this black hole helmet and how efficient would it be to transport someone from point A to point B?
