Can a big brain here explain why does the charred skin from the salmon in the pan align itself in a perfect magnetic field pattern with rings? Is my fish extra contaminated with metals? I dont understand what process could make this happen?

I don't have a smartphone, so sadly I can't takea pic. Imagine pic related but a lot more defined and layered. So the pattern is even more strongly expressed in the pan with charred fish skin in oil compared to the pic with the metal dust.

or maybe the pan heats the most above the rings and thus the char is right above where the rings are? that wouldnt apply if you moved the salmon around though...

Salmon contains high amounts of magnets by itself. They use it, like birds, to know where to swim during summer.

Salmon has mercury, right? And Mercury doesn't boil until 674.1 F. I found Mercury Vortex Magnetic Field experiment videos...maybe Salmon high in Hg can have a slight effect on magnetic fields.
