Exceeding the speed of light is already out of the question taking into account the laws of physics so Tachyons and etc are out
Wormholes would collapse under their own gravity as soon as they form, and exotic matter to stabilize the wormhole isn't even confirmed to exist so I wouldn't rely on that
Cosmic Strings are not viable and would require too much energy to move the colossal galaxy sized crevices in the universe to near light speed to even get it in a position where time travel theoretically could work, and you'd need a ship capable of withstanding the journey among other things.
No time travel theories to the past are applicable to humans and even if they were we probably wouldn't be able to survive it or it would take too many resources to be practical.
Traveling into the future is more theoretically viable but even that would take too much energy (You'd have to move at near light speed)
