Conditioning for Productivity

im looking into a weird way of conditioning myself to be motivated. i had to do some reading and make a test to get into uni(am 24 years old), and i read about conditioning. i took up the idea to condition my academic work with rewards. examples would be, gameplay time, small treats, and some big treats, like eating out or getting a whole chocolate bar.

i could just operationalise every academic task into rewards, but i read that gambling is the most stimulating conditioning schedule, and works the best. so what if i made a droprate system like in runescape, where every time i reach a certain milestone, lets say a half hour of academic work, i get to roll the dice on a "drop".

would this work?

also i ahve no coding skills, does anyone know of a ready made random number generator where you can input rewrads of my own making tied to certain number outcomes?

would be tedious to carry a paper droplist everywhere i go study. people might ask questions.
