Guys, what's the best program to type out equations and then copy/paste them to word? Using the word equation editor is killing me.

you can learn latex and use it with word editor to get insta render, just set the render setting to LaTeX

overleaf for the win. really nice setup and doesn't cost anything if you use the free version. granted if you want to share the project with several people it gets difficult but you can still create one account and let everyone log into that one.
