Why is the angular speed and angular acceleration of a rigid body the same if measured from any to piont to any other while those two points belong to the rigid body?
(in a rotation of a flat rigid body, therefor in an angular speed and acceleration of constant direction ?)
Where can i find a good demonstration?
Is this related to tensors?

A simple explanation is this: If different parts were rotating at a different rate, they would get out of sync. Imagine you printed an arrow from a side of the rigid body to the center. If it turned at a different rate than the rest of the body, it would stop pointing at the center, which contradicts the premise that it is a rigid body.

Do you agree that the angular velocity (or angular position, maybe) is the same at all points on a 2D rigid body? If so, then angular acceleration is just the first (or second) derivative of that. Then you must accept that ? is the same everywhere.

angular velocity means= Change in angle versus Change in time. If the body is rigid, all its rays move as one and all its rays maintain equal position relative to each other. So when one point changes Theta, all points along that ray do too, and all other rays must change Theta to be equidistant from the original ray. in the same amount of time

Ang. Velocity is essentially how many radians are sweeped in a given amount of time, if the object were moving in circular motion.

Therefore,
Ang. Velocity = 2pi/period

This means that if the period of time it takes for one complete rotation is same on all point on the object, angular velocity has to stay the same.

The definition of a rigid body is that the distance between any two points must be constant. If you suppose two different points had a different angular speed you could prove the distance inbetween must change as well, contradicting the rigid body condition. Then it follows by differentiating that angular acceleration must be the same.
