Self-surgery was performed to remove a small cosmetic defect in the left arm, superior to the cubital fossa. Local anesthesia was used. The surgery was performed mostly with the right hand because the location of the defect made impossible to use the left hand. Uncommon techniques had to be used. Extensive practical details are given as a chronology including preoperative preparations.
