Is depersonalization syndrome the same thing as ego death?
Is it a good or a bad thing?

I've achieved ego death from psychs and the dpdr is from ptsd, completely different things. The former is amazing with serotonergic (shrooms acid DMT etc) and just a chaotic fucking clusterfuck with deliriants such as Salvia

DPDR is more like nitrous/ketamine or staying up 3 days straight than anything

As someone who has suffered greatly with DR/PR after a really bad Salvia trip, this post is pretty accurate.

I have no clue why but testosterone injections literally cured me from it, trenbolone is even better. When I stop taking it, I can feel it coming back.

My experiences with salvia (even high doses) weren't that bad and didn't make anything worse but in retrospect it could have easily undone the progress I made, only seeing even some relief very recently

It's comorbid with ptsd, ocd and anxiety far more than depression. Pharmacologically and neurologically speaking this is also true, you clearly don't understand it so I don't know why you're offering "advice"

I've been studying this and mental disorders in general excessively out of my own interest and have exhausted nearly every form of treatment, "dude just be happy b urself dude you're just depressed" is beyond condescending and unhelpful

Also I'm recently seeing progress from cardio, meditation, Lamictal+SNRI, fixing hypomagnemesia and probably NAC. Lamictal and NAC specifically address the fucked up glutamate related problems in different ways that mechanically is what causes the disorder

Before I sought treatment I'd be around 70% dpdr going full 100% with severe anxiety, probably around 40-50 now. I don't even remember what normal is so it's hard to Gaube

Yes. It is good as a process to help unclog certain behaviors of intellectual/emotional/social constipation.

Sure, if Pinning is too scary look into taking Clomid instead. It tricks the hypothalamus into thinking there is not enough estrogen in your body, so it starts pumping your balls full of LH and FSH which make you generate more testosterone.

I've lived longer with than without DP at this point.
Luckily I'm (slowly) recovering, but will probably never completely get rid of it
