So video OP has gotten bored and hand fed (arm fed) a leach for ages.
Can you imagine if you made like 10 of these, and put them in medical grade custom sci fi looking Aquariums with alien looking symbols all over them. Then put them all in the basement of an abandoned house and made it look like everyone left in a hurry.
Then put blood everywhere and made it look like a hectic struggle went on in there.

Then call the police and sat someone has a hostage in there.

I regularly donate blood.
I see nothing dangerous health wise about having a giant leech (unusual pet, but who am I to judge).
In fact donating blood regally would a larger blood loss then feeding one of these.
