I'm having trouble with an overactive bladder with urine that smells like ammonia and IBS-C, it's really bothersome and taking its toll on my life. What does /sci/+/med/ recommend me to do for my medical problems? I'm already taking prescription laxatives but they don't seem to work for the constipation and the urination problem is just annoying.
