Absolutely not, you'll need to throw the coin at least 6 times
1st and 4th for option A
2nd and 5th for option B
3rd and 6th for option C
A tails is a 1
A heads is a 0
Add them up the one that get the highest score wins. If a tie, do 3 more tosses.

This is the Monthy Hall problem. Suppose I write the three options on cards (HH,TH, HT) flipp them over and you want to get HH. You choose a flipped card, then I tell you which of the remaining two begins with an H you now choose to take your initial choice or change it to one of the remaining cards.
