these damages will lead to eventual failure of all organs one by one. the neurons will also be affected by this. it does not matter how much energy there is if the cells can not use it any longer due to excessive DNA damages.

There's always cloning and brain transplants (which are arguably near impossible too). Residing in the topic of discussion though perhaps if a person did nothing but sit inside like a perma-NEET in this brain/muscle supply fueled state then bathed in blood every once in awhile.
