It's true though. When you have supercomputers capable of 200 petaflops/second, it doesn't matter whether it's a "dumb" system. If you have a validation metric, it can be tried at random until the problem is literally brute forced.

Solid is harder (heh), but fluid is more interesting. Obviously the master engineer knows all about coupling the two. Only knowing one is brainletism.

But seriously though, it depends on what you'd like to do. I'd suggest throwing in coupled problems, so that you also understand antennas and magnets.

Crack propagation mechanics and simulation is still a somewhat open problem. We have methods but nothing definitive enough.
