I've already read the popular works of Stephen Hawking, Carl Sagan and Scientific books for Dummies. Are there any obscure ones that are worth reading? (Doesn't have to be Cosmology, I'll read anything scientific)

Sedimentology and Sedimentary Basins by M. Leeder is quite obscure among the general population.
Maybe you should have a look.

Read Wholeness and the Implicate Order by David Bohm. Not exactly obscure, but not quite popsci either. One of the most important books of the 20th century imo.

scientific theory makes a lot of unspoken a priori assumptions and seldom bothers to explain if not reacts with a violent contempt

- there exists laws and they are constant in time
- "constants" are constant
- many claims are not intersubjective and cannot be falsified in an experiment (Big Bang anyone?)
- most of science is not intersubjective because of natural constraints (lack of knowledge, time etc.)
- maths can be just "your feelings", how do math objects "exist"?
- if science tells you to kys should you?
- part of modern science, like it or not, is Moe, Larry and Curly

These look like mysterious assumptions to pop sci readers but they are just basic philosophical commitment that every scientists should have to even start thinking about doing science.

The rest of what you wrote are just misunderstandings of what science means or what math means
