Is the overpopulation of the world, specifically in countries such as India and China; good or bad. Then you would start to understand that eugenics is a crucial need in order to sustain the human race, as the opposing stance of not taking eugenics on, would result in a greater demand for natural resources, unless we find a solution for reproducing those sources, which is clearly a pipedream, however, even if we did, it still wouldn't solve the next problem which is consumed land mass, as people do occupy the world.
Another problem for overpopulation would be an unestimated measure of who has good genetic value and who doesn't, since an encouragement of increasing populace would have a likelihood in breeding mediocre specimens, that have completely baseline value and would possibly make it harder to extract good genetic value, unless there are tools that can easily produce good genetic value without having the bad genetic value being colluded.
