nah. but good question. it would be what they don't have. what's different about us. why do tourists visit other places? some people who claim to have been in contact with them say they don't have feelings and are intrigued by that part of us. as for some specific things we have to trade, probably not.

IMHO water might be our most valuable resource. Particularly ice on planet Earth is unique in our solar system in that it doesn't exist in a crystalline state anywhere else except this planet. Although, I don't know how crystalline ice would be more valuable than amorphous ice, but it's unique to us and we have it in abundance.

You can synthesise pretty much any element in a particle accelerator or nuclear reactor.
Like you can convert barium to rhodium with slow neutron bombardment. It's very simple compared to say a nuclear reactor. Type of thing those people who build reactors at their house could do.

It's why they have international treaties on the sale of synthetic gold.

Concepts like aliens travelling here from hundreds of light years away to get stuff like gold is just a psi-op to try to justify capitalism.

Its the same as they can make synthetic diamonds.
Does it make sense that aliens would travel here from other planets to buy our diamonds?

Or would they just make them from carbon back on their home planet the way we do?

Any raw material is pretty easy to get in space from moons and asteroids or stripmining uninhabited planets.
Space faring civ should have fusion figured out so fissile materials would only have niche uses.

Not the raw materials. Alien biological life should have an enourmous scientific value for any advanced civ, even more so sentient alien life an its culture.
