Sociologists, psychologists, gender theorists, criminologists, etc. believe all humans are born in a state of "tabula rasa", and thus all differences in human behavior are a result of social conditioning. However, genetic evidence disputes this notion.

Social sciences aren't useless per se but are riddled with bad practice and philosophical idealism which is problematic when natural sciences have their base in materialism.
Sociology as an example can be helpful when applied properly, but its practice often leads to emotional arguments in bad faith because of its liberal background.
If they were based in materialism and proper scientific method they would be useful. I don't want to derail with politics but if they were based in historical materialism and an understanding that both genetics and class-relations and societal superstructure at at play, social sciences would be much more useful.

The problem with "social science" is they are not science in 90% of the case, it's not because you put some applied statistics, neurology and game theory into something that it's suddenly a general truth of the universe.

The "science" term should be reserved to natural and formal sciences imo and we should revert back to call economics/sociology/psychology "humanities" just like history or philosophy.

No, they're extremely useful actually. The problem is that the vast majority of students are downright retarded and will shun everything containing math.
I've met quite a few. They're either suicide candidates (because they won't get a job, since nobody values their work [which is usually justified]), or extremely talented and aware of statistical methods and their shortcomings.
The latter are the people who could change the world for the better, if anybody listened to them.

I can only argue for psychologists.

We do actually consider genetics and even try to find out how much of a measured effect is due to genetics (twin studies etc...). Our findings just indicate that their is a lot of leeway for cause and effect explanations that are not anchored in genetics.
