Janitors iq overlaps with low one for engineers, many such things, so iqs predictive power is much less impressive when’re there is a chance the same 25% of the same iq people could be a engineer or a janitor or anything in between. And those are the extremes, most jobs and people fall outside the tails, which means from a governmental policy planning prospective iq is worthless.
