>>11393559The back pain thing is only true if you are unhealthy... I would take a guess that 99.9 perfect of women don't have boobs that are that unnaturally large unless they are fat. The only people I've ever known to get reduction surgery because of "back problems" which has been three, is because they could stand to lose 100 pounds and they had forward head posture.
Also, you only wear a bra to hold them in place so they dont bounce around and your tits poke out. It's not necessary it's just socially acceptable
