As far as mood regulation goes, even dumbing it down to serotonin, dopamine, noradrenaline, adrenaline and gaba is pretty reasonable, adenosine (caffeine) is also overlooked. Throwing opioid receptors in gets messy when you consider salvia works on Kappa opioid but ketamine on mu opioid receptors

Then there's cholic receptors, beta receptors, nmda etc. Nmda is implicated in a ton of mood disorders and overlooked for what it's worth

Also the endocannabinoid system is fucking important, while THC works on cb1 receptors and CBD cb1 and cb2 it's a bit more complicated than that. CBD is actually pretty neuroprotective and anxiolytic despite being marketed as a dude weed alternative (100% CBD products and strains with minimal THC won't be psychoactive)
