as the wealth gap continues to widen, and more people globally become disgruntled, can a rebellion even work? in the past, peasants would simply break into the houses for the wealthy via strength in numbers and take them to the guillotine. however, the advancements of the 21st century make any type of “uprising” seem improbable, if not down right impossible. the upper class have access to drones, robotics, security systems etc, all of which are growing more advanced by the day. if a mass uprising similar to one’s past in France ever happened in America, wouldn’t the wealthy/military just mow them down with an unlimited amount of drones?
