I read that listening to 40hz might have certain health benefits, especially regarding alzheimers, and lately I've been doing it. It's not especially good at drowning out tinnitus and and I was wondering are there any good specific methods of coping with tinnitus similar to listening to a specific sound? Apart from the usual "just get over it bro" advice.
