Their students get out with A grades but still don’t understand what they just “learned”. Even worse, you’re supposed to take ‘diverse courses’. These have different names in different institution, but basically, they’re electives from out of your area — if you’re engineer, you will have to take 1 humanities/art/socsci course for each year, and vice versa. Needless to say, despite taking all these courses, USAers are still unable to point out, say, Argentina or Pakistan in the world map.
You’re going for grad school, granted, US is a great place for that specifically, maybe even better than Europe due to funding and patents if you’re in technology, but beware of hoax education, it can be in any university depending on your degree.
