Just study mate, memorize the unit circle's basic angles, re-do the application problems and try to understand why you are doing something in order to get the answer. I am guessing the teacher doesn't allow note sheets so memorize the addition formula as well as other formulas you are going to need. If you need to "prove" 2 things are identical then practice doing those.
And yea, keep calm and focus on the test. Don't distract yourself with things outside the exam so that you don't do those "stupid mistakes".
