I am very unhealthy. I usually have a resting heart rate of 90. Earlier today I had a "panic attack" (lasted the entire two hours throughout a group therapy session). Elevated heart rate, felt like my hands were fizzing, mouth went completely dry even after drinking water, nostrils had some bloody snot in them afterwards.
Since that group therapy I've had a very mild stinging sensation on the left side of my chest (my heart) and for some reason my heart rate is extremely low. I've measured at least a dozen times and it's always below 60 bpm.

Any idea what this might be? I keep doubting myself and not seeing doctors because I'm also mentally ill. But the heart rate difference can't be me exaggerating things in my head.
