No, you need to customize the insults and taunts to the person in front of you,for examples insults for fat or skinny people,or based on what the other guy said.
you also need to ryhme with the background music

i think that after watching single performer you will notice annoying regularities in their "lyrics", like with jazz improvisation - you cannot listen it for too long, it gets unbearably repetitive.
